Products and prices

Check each product description, specifications, compatibility and intended use before ordering. Contact Specia Racing if anything is unclear. Refer to the product page and checkout for prices, applicable taxes and any additional charges. The full amount payable must be shown before the order is submitted.

Orders and payment

Before submitting an order, check the products, quantities, contact details, delivery address and total amount. Available payment methods and their conditions are those displayed at checkout. The seller must define and validate the order acceptance process, the point at which the contract is concluded and the confirmation provided to the customer before sales are activated. An automated receipt acknowledgement should not, on its own, be understood as confirmation of acceptance.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping options, costs and delivery information must be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted. Mandatory statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers buying at a distance generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify the seller of withdrawal, without giving a reason, subject to the rules and exceptions provided by law. An unequivocal statement can be sent to info@speciaracing.it. Goods must generally be returned within 14 days of that notification. Refunds, including standard outbound delivery costs where required, follow statutory rules; reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is provided. The consumer may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return instructions, the model withdrawal form and information on any direct return costs must be completed and disclosed before sales start; this draft does not allocate unspecified costs to the customer.

Statutory exceptions and personalised goods

The right of withdrawal may be excluded only in cases provided by law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Whether an exception applies must be checked for the specific product and clearly communicated before purchase. A product being ordered on request or described as a racing product does not in itself establish an exception.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers retain the legal guarantee of conformity and the remedies required by applicable law. For new goods, the seller is generally liable for defects of conformity that become apparent within two years of delivery, under the applicable statutory conditions.
